A Backpacker is Born

I stumbled across a nice video of a hiker’s first solo backpacking trip that happened to be in Red River Gorge. As I watched, I could tell this was the birth of a backpacker. It’s not high quality cinema, but earnest, lived experience well-captured - the kind of video YouTube was built to host.

It was genuinely sweet to see someone discover a passion.
